SECTION 1 – Returns & Resolutions

All conditions outlined below are in accordance with The Australian Consumer Law – Consumer Rights & Guarantees.

We are committed to working with our customers to resolve any issues fairly and reasonably.

Please read all product information and instructions carefully before use to ensure safe and correct handling.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

14-Day Resolution Period (“Make It Right Guarantee”)

If you receive your item and experience any issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.

This may include, where appropriate:

  • Troubleshooting the issue
  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Change of mind requests within 14 days:

  • Will be assessed case-by-case
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • A refund is not guaranteed and may instead be offered as store credit or exchange

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with clear evidence (photos or videos)
  • You are entitled to a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund

There is no strict time limit under Australian Consumer Law for faulty products; however, we strongly encourage prompt communication to ensure a smooth resolution.

Situations Where Refunds May Not Apply

Refunds or returns may not be accepted if:

  • You change your mind after 14 days
  • The product has been used, damaged, or misused
  • The product was not used according to instructions
  • You were aware of any faults before purchase
  • You no longer need or want the product
  • The product was damaged due to external factors (e.g. liquids, improper handling)

Returns Process

To request a return or resolution:

  • Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number
  • We will provide further instructions if a return is required

If a return is requested:

  • Change of mind: customer covers return shipping
  • Faulty product: we cover return shipping (as per Australian Consumer Law)

In some cases, we may resolve the issue without requiring a return.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary by bank)

SECTION 2 – Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
  3. If still unresolved, contact us via our Contact page

SECTION 3 – Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty items: return shipping covered by us
  • Change of mind: return shipping covered by customer
  • Any requests outside this policy are handled at our discretion, in line with Australian Consumer Law
